Totally Mobile's History.

Anthony Chambers (Owner/Head of workshop)
Anthony is currently the head of workshop/mechanic and owner of Totally Mobile Automotive Services Ltd. Therefore it is only right that you as our customer get an insight into how he has got to where he is today.

Anthony has worked within the motor trade since leaving school in the mid-80s.  His career began in a independent Garage where he quickly realised that the main dealer environment would be more satisfying as there was better working conditions and ongoing training.  Therefore, he started at a Rover dealership learning the advanced skills of being a mechanic however after a couple of years he then changed to a Ford dealer in order to gain more experience. Eventually, settling down in Volkswagen Sutton Coldfield Deal Anthony started off as a technician working through the ranks within the workshop and in the end moved up to workshop controller.
He left Volkswagen with the desire to start work for himself as a Mobile mechanic with the added benefit of seeing his young daughter grow up. The Mobile Mechanic business went from strength to strength as Anthony used his extensive knowledge of Volkswagen cars and customer service skills to deliver a service second to none. Due to Anthony being such an ambitious character when the proposition came to light for Anthony to extend his business, it was an opportunity that he couldn't miss. The business is centred around family having husband and wife as directors, son as apprentice and Tegan, aged 9 has her own steel toe-capped boots.

The rest of our team

Another colleague is Katie Fitzpatrick who is our Service Advisor/Social Networking Manager, she has recently finished studying A levels at Bishop Challoner Catholic College where she has achieved grades of ACC. Before working at Totally Mobile, Katie worked part time as a Customer Service Assistant in J.Sainsburys' Maypole for 9 months alongside her studies. From this she learnt of how the treatment of customers is key and to adapt her service to situations as well as people who may need an extra hand. Anthony and Sharon were served by Katie at Sainsburys' and found her approach was just what they needed, having impressed them so much they returned five minutes later and the rest is history.
